She brings extensive experience across corporate business, retail, education, training, real estate, wellness, music distribution, human behaviour, corporate training, and entrepreneurship, forming a deeply holistic approach to transformation.

Her professional journey includes roles in large corporations, owning beauty businesses and a fitness franchise, and representing radio presenters, filmmakers, international artists, and speakers. She is also known for delivering workshops, public talks, and collaborative coaching across diverse industries.

Marietjie specializes in identifying the root causes behind challenges such as staff dynamics, leadership struggles, client retention, change management, and growth barriers.
